Work closely with senior team members to assist as required to identify, capture and manage business relationships and programs with strategic OEM, integration and after-market partner companies for True Blue Power products and services. Perform a variety of supporting activities including proposal preparation, trade show participation and support, customer interface activities and closure of action items.
Assist in bringing to closure business and product opportunities within target markets and strategic focus areas of opportunity with partners
Assist in preparation of business and product proposals (RFP responses)
Support customer training and deployment projects
Collaborate with True Blue Power team members and sales department in capture of new business
Participates in industry trade shows as required
Act as a communication interface to identified customers as requested
Work with advertising and publications department on selected projects
Travel of approximately 30% per year to meet customer needs, including international (must have valid Passport)
Education & Experience
Bachelor of Science in a related engineering field, or equivalent technical degree and/or equivalent business development experience
3+ years aviation experience, prefer customer sales support or program management experience on supply side or supply chain management experience on customer side
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, including ability to interface and facilitate with individuals at all levels within the MCICO organization and customers
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to proactively and consistently meet deadlines and work independently in meeting department objectives
Project/Program Management or customer support experience preferred in a technical
Salary dependent on experience plus excellent benefits.
